330 ml bottle. Pours unclear yellow with big head. Clove, estery notes, yeast, a bit citrus. Mild taste, slightly bitter and slightly sour. Milky texture, medium bodied, soft carbonated. Decent.

50cl bottle. A slightly hazy golden beer with a huge most good lasting off-white head. aroma of clove, wheat and phenolic esters. (bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond and tall foamy head. Aroma of cerreals, white bread, dough and just a whiff of hoppy spice. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Strawy malty, slightly doughy and delicately grainy taste, getting slightly mineralic towards the finish, accompanied by shy but slightly drying grassy hops. Drinkable. 25.IX.17

0.33 l bottle from ’denn’s Biomarkt’ (Gevelsberg), best before August 2017. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, moderately grassy-spicy aroma of grains, straw and slightest hints of citrus. Slightly sweetish, moderately bitter, quite grassy-spicy and minimally fruity taste of grains, straw, some honey and hints of citrus, followed by a short, moderately bitter, grassy-spicy and quite dry finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a blond mid-sized frothy head. Bready malty, moderately wheaty aroma with hints of caramel, a tinge of banana and mildly clovy spice. Mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Bready malty and slightly wheaty taste with notes of caramel, rather restrained fruity accents of banana and a tinge of cloves; mildly sweet and delicately tart finish.
