Bottle: Golden, a bit hazy, mid-sized and slowly diminishing white head with a little lace, sweet-grainy nose; mild sweetish flavour with a low bitterness, barely medium bodied, sleepy mouthfeel; short - again - sweetish-grainy finish, hops hardly detectable. Nothing wrong with this Bier, just uniforme and boring…

50 cl bottle @ Timo A, BBE 27.10.2013
Aroma is odd and musty with some starchy, malty notes, hints of honey and distant cellar tones. Flavour is also a bit stale with grainy malt, herbs and hints of mint. Finishes with some herbal notes and grassy hops. Probably better when fresh.

Deep golden color. Aroma is somewhat sweet and malty with butter and grain. Flavour has nettles, some sweet, grainy malt and hints of corn.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear, pale, greenish yellow, mid-sized white head. Hopy aroma. Light and elegant malt flavours with a good amount of resiny and grasy hop. Lively yet not unpleasant carbonation. Very nice.

Bottle: Clear, deep golden, smaller white foamy layer, papery and strawy nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, almost medium bodied chewy MF; lingering and dry mineralic-bitter finish. Not very tasty…

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass also, a bit darker than exspected. Nice head. Starts fine malty-spicy, modest sweet, fine wheaty. Modest dry-sourish background. Well balanced finish and quite drinkable. Really nice!

(swing top bottle, as Original Weisse, 5.3% abv) Slightly hazy, deep golden colour with a big and loose, slightly off-white foamy head. Mildly sourish wheaty and slightly cara-malty aroma with a touch of banana and clovy spice. Slightly sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Initially sour wheaty taste with citric and banana-fruity notes, getting more and more cara-malty and sweet towards the finish with bearable phenolic spices and a tinge of vanilla in the aftertaste. Likeable Hefeweizen. 13.VI.13

(swing top bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, deep golden colour with a mid-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Bready and slightly biscuity cara-malty aroma with mildy herbal hoppy accents. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Hearty cara-malt character, again with bready notes, as well as traces of honey and a whiff of herbal hops; sweet and delicately bitter hoppy finish. Not bad for a Festbier. 08.VI.13
