Draught @ Brewery. Pours clear Golden with a White head. Grains and whispers of fruit and alcohol. Warming sensation. Honey and Dandelion. Sticky. It is Nice but not as profound as Holzlein and others.

Keg at Zum Fransizkaner, Stockholm. Exactly what you want from this kind of beer. So damn easy. Lovely slight hop and grass in the finish. Good bitterness for the style. Lovely jubbly.

Van het vat bij Sauer Rossdorf. Licht mistig bleekgele kleur, witte kraag. Granig, licht moerassig, licht zurig, je zou het fris kunnen noemen maar dat is het helaas niet, dun, moutig, lichtbittere finish. Lichte body. Meh.

Gravity at HopDog for the anniversary, as Sauer Urbräu I reckon, with the Munich crew. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Light green apple shows up in the otherwise malty aroma. Soft taste, light herbal hoppiness, quite smooth! The maltiness is bready too, and there's some very light diacetyl showing as it warms. A bit flawed, but a pleasant beer nonetheless.

Van het vat bij Sauer Rossdorf. Amber kleur, witte kraag. Medium zoet, iets granig, ruikt niet heel fris, caramel, toast, degelijk bitter. Lichte body. OK-ish.

500 ml tap. Slightly unclear with a creamy head. Hay, grain, straw, sourdough, bread, citrus, again hay and straw. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry grainy strawy citrussy hoppy finish. Tastes identical to Augustiner Hell?

Tap at HopDog. Golden, slightly cloudy. Sour, old hay, late summer, tin can. This was part of a two-piece puzzle. Soft and crisp, cold butter.
