Old brew and dark colored, 2013. Nose is toasted caramel and candied pear. Tastes some pear, thick caramel sugar like crème brûlée, vegetal, wood and shows the age. Ok perhaps too much oxidation.

2012 200ml bottle split 2 ways in a snifter. Clear amber color nice legs in the glass. Aromas is pear, apple, light floral notes. Taste is delicious, pears, honey, not overly sweet, ABV is totally hidden. Well crafted.

200 ml bottle shared by TJ. Nice clear amber color. Aromas of pear, Apple, mild sweetness, light florals. ABV is totally hidden. Wonderful expression of pears. Delicious

Bottle. Pours clear dark amber. Aroma is drunk pear, rich dried ripe fruit, candy. Body is heavy and rich, intense pear, sweet and string, slightly boozy and a lightly acidic to achieve balance. Overwhelming. Good!
