Poured from a 200 ml bottle, recolte 2013.
Aroma is full of caramel layers, spiced fruit, overripe pear, candied fruit, roast pear and honey.
Pours a dark ruby, amber, auburn color with no head. No lacing and very long legs.
Flavor is rather sweet with lots of dried fruits, caramels, spiced fruit cake, candied and caramelized pears. Light alcohol notes. Medium light honey notes.
Mouthfeel is full bodied with no carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid ice perry. Really nice, complex pear notes with layers of caramelization. Some age and oxidation is bringing out some honey notes.

Bottle from the source.
Dark gold color bordering on amber with a smattering of bubbles on the surface.Caramel alcohol and aged apple aromas. Sweet sugary flavor with bits of oxidized caramel apple and hints of warming alcohol. Sweet sipper great to try but a hint cloying.

Sample at the source. Crystal clear light gold with faint legs. Big fruity pomme notes with hints of butterscotch. A bit dryer than I like but tasty and well made.

200ml @ Ryan's with Alex refusing to try it again, hehe. Vintage 2019. 12% ABV. Appearance: clear golden with a white head. Aroma: a bit weird, kind of oxidized fruits, sweet, some booze. Taste: very sweet, with those weird notes. Overall: ok, it's pleasant liquor to drink probably, but there is no complexity, kind of some fruity extract with sugar and booze added.

200 ml bottle thanks to Travlr. 2013 vintage. Deep amber color. Aroma is apples, old pears, malt. Flavor is a downgrade. Old apples, caramel, brown bread. Odd aftertaste. Gene noted that the cork didn’t pop or make any noise. To much air got it this.

Old brew and dark colored, 2013. Nose is toasted caramel and candied pear. Tastes some pear, thick caramel sugar like crème brûlée, vegetal, wood and shows the age. Ok perhaps too much oxidation.
