Glasgow, Scotland. Yeast is cool. We create custom sacch and brett blends and then augment our beers with fruit, spices and foraged ingredients. Dead End Brew Machine is all about brewing small batch artisanal beers taking no shortcuts.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy yellow. Thin white head. Nose - funky and woody. Apple and lemon. Taste - lemon, hay, apple and grapes. Palate - light bodied, persistent sour finish. Overall - good.

Bottle, 375 ml shared with Miro B and Max. Hazy red with white head. Fruity, berries, bit spicy, some vanilla, vinous, some sweetness, moderate tartness.

375ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, June 22. Hazed dark red appearance, thinning head. Dives straight into a bold morello cherry / redcurrant berry sweetness. The spruce tips are a nice touch, and seem to work well with the cherry and mixed ferm, perhaps a hint of marzipan. Moderate sourness. Nice.

Tap at Het Lager Heys, Amsterdam, 6th June 2022. Pours a clear golden. Aroma is funky, tart fruits. Taste is bright and refreshing, clean, funk, barnyard. Really good

Bottle at Brewdog Bristol. Pours clear amber with no head. Aroma: yeast, sour cherry, oaky wine barrel, brett funk. Taste: light tart, sour cherry, oak, brett, tangy vinous, dry finish. Medium bodied with no carbonation.
