375ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, June 22. Hazed dark red appearance, thinning head. Dives straight into a bold morello cherry / redcurrant berry sweetness. The spruce tips are a nice touch, and seem to work well with the cherry and mixed ferm, perhaps a hint of marzipan. Moderate sourness. Nice.

Bottle at Brewdog Bristol. Pours clear amber with no head. Aroma: yeast, sour cherry, oaky wine barrel, brett funk. Taste: light tart, sour cherry, oak, brett, tangy vinous, dry finish. Medium bodied with no carbonation.
