Description
Glasgow, Scotland. Yeast is cool. We create custom sacch and brett blends and then augment our beers with fruit, spices and foraged ingredients. Dead End Brew Machine is all about brewing small batch artisanal beers taking no shortcuts.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - red and translucent and a thin white to pink head. Nose - funky stale bread, red wine and wood. Taste - red wine and blackberry. Funky in the back. Palate - medium bodied, tangy and sweet middle. Lightly funky finish. Overall - good if nose a bit weird.

Bottle at ash's. Pours deep purple, nose is funk, oak, some fruit, slightly mouldy, taste is tart, juicy berries, funky mould in the finish.

Bottle thanks to AshtonMcCobb. Pours deep red to purple with a thin pink - tinged head. Aromas of light red fruit and funk. Taste is sharp blackcurrant, red wine, yeast. Sharp sour finish.

bottle at ashs... deep red... thin tan lacing... soft sweet berries... moldy bread.. tart berries.. and then all i can taste is the mould

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - blush and hazy with thin white head. Nose - rhubarb, raspberry and honey. Funk and wood lurking. Taste - wood and funk, red fruit and honey. Palate - light to medium bodied, not as textured as some others in the range. Overall - good if not as strong as the others in the range.

Bottle thanks to AshtonMcCobb. Pours quite clear rose coloured with a thin white head. Aromas of light funk and red fruit, some wood. Taste is quite sharp sour, rose wine, funky and woody. Rhubarb sharpness and acidity. Sour finish.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - hazy yellow with a thin white head. Nose - funk, wood and sweet spice. Taste - sweet wood spice, light booze, honey and peach. Palate - medium bodied, tangy and rich middle with a dry, woody finish. Overall - good.
