Bottle, courtesy of Mara of Erzbierschof Zurich. Pours almost completely transparent very pale yellow. Aroma is vanilla, wood, apple. Body is medium, very sweet, with a crisp but low-ish carbonation. Sugary, apples, sticky. Palate is long and sweet. Too sweet for this kind of body, would be better a bit lighter and more carbonation. Still good.

Tap at Alehouse. Clear and pale color with just a hint of yellow. Aroma is sweet apple juice, a bit sulphuric. Taste is sweet apple juice, even artificial. Medium carbonation. Not my type of cider.

330ml bottle from trade with Anstei. Many thanks Andreas! Pours extremely pale, almost clear with a sweet green apple nose. Taste is lightly slick, accessible with sweet green apple fruit. A touch sugary and perhaps gets a little oversweet towards the end, but still decent.

Bottle, courtesy of Rebecca. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is Belgian phenolic candy, little smoked. Body is medium, strongly bitter, especially towards the palate. Soft carbonation, smooth texture. Rather dry, but still strongly bitter on the palate. Okay.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 28/06/2017.
