Tap. Mel’s Craft Beer, Vienna. Hazed, amber brown. Slim, sticky, off white head. Nose has sweet, toasted malt. Soft caramel. Definitely a hint of toasted pumpkin seed. Taste is mostly sweet, and a little nutty, with a light, earthy bitterness. A little sticky on the palate. Fine carbonation. Lightly bitter finish. Feared the worse with this, but it was pretty decent.

Bottle at home, thanks to Geiserich, 09/11/18. Pitch black with a well presented tan covering that retains well. Nose is dried fruits, light charr, brown bread, toffee, baking powder. Taste comprises treacle toffee, light spice, raisins, brown bread, slightly burnt brown sugar, mellow roast, kiss of liquorice. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Solid schwarz action.

0,1l from tap at Craft Beer Fest Haslach/Mühl. Amber lightly hazy colour, medium big white head. Smells earthy, spices, grainy, ripe fruits, light caramel, light molasses. Decent smell. Medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes earthy, caramel, spices, peppery, light molasses, tobacco, bit buttery. Finishes lightly bitter with notes of tobacco, earthy and spicy notes. Decent one, but rather heavy. 6, 4, 6, 3, 13

Not a ton of pumpkin flavour. A bit of that cloudy and it also tastes like it thing. But the malt caramel stands out and makes it a nice smooth beer to drink. Mels craft beer vienna

Tap. Amber, offwhite golden cream. Lightly sweet aroma, medium mellow body, creamy fruit, light spice, pumpkin oil retronasal, minerals, grain.

0,1l taster at Mels. amber lightly hazy color, small white head. smells earthy, spices, peppery, bit musty. peppery. ok smell. medium body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes peppery, buttery, spices, grassy, marzipan, bit nutty. finishes lightly sweet with notes of spices, earthy and peppery notes. bit on the sweet side, overall not too bad

0.33l bottle. Hazy golden color with medium white head. Aroma: caramel, pomelo, earl grey, pine. Taste: caramel, sticky feeling on a tongue, citrus, bit of diacetyl and lots of high and unpleasant bitterness. Carbonation is rather high. Not the cleanest of ales, not the most drinkable and not very tasty.

Bottle. Golden colour, frothy head that stays for a while. Aroma is malt, a bit of grassy hops. Light bitterness. Medium body. Decent.
