1/10/2022. Bottle shared at the Torun GP beer share. From Marek. Pours clear pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, grain, soap, wet card. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a tart edge. Moderate body, watery, average carbonation. Touch of sour developed. Not good.

Leicht eingetrübt bernsteinfarben mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig mit Karamell, leicht hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Bottle online from The Trembling Madness. Pours a hazy light orange colour with a large thick creamy white head. Aromas of bananas and cloves, apples, pears, doughy bread and a touch of candy and spice. Taste has bananas and cloves, doughy bread, a little pears and some more peppery spice. Aggressive carbonation and fairly smooth mouthfeel. Decent.

Bottle. Color: Hazy orange-brown amber, yellowish off-white head. Aroma: Floral hop, caramel notes. Taste: Floral hop, caramel notes, subtle citrus fruit, lime, grapefruit. Medium body, average carbonation. Moderate bitterness and sweetness. Somewhat more dry bitterness at the finish. Ok.

Würziger, leicht säuerlich bananiger Beginn. Spritzig, deutlich hefig, der Hintergrund ist leicht alkoholisch und herb, was ein Ausgleich zum Bananenaroma darstellt. Süffig, rund, schmeckt nach einem etwas stärkeren Weizen - was es mit 6,5% auch ist. 11/10/11/11/8/11

Tight off white head on a cloudy vivid golden coloured body. Yeast, orange, cereal & chalk aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & clean. Spicy, orange, lemon, chalk & lightly hopped tastes with a tangy peppery finish. That's refreshing

Kalea Bier-Adventkalender 12.12.2021 (Hofer-Version) Die Rieder Brauerei hatte früher einen besseren Ruf, aber inzwischen höre ich von eingen Freunden, dass sie das Bier nicht mehr so begeistert. Dieses Honigbier hat auf jeden Fall einen vollen Körper mit einem intensiven, süßen Honiggeschmack, der angenehm mit dem karamelligen Körper harmoniert. So bekommt man ein Bier, das wirklich gut für Weihnachten passt -allerdings ohne manche Gewürznoten, welche viele Belgier haben.

33cl bottle. Pours red amber, medium hazy, with fine white foam. Aroma is honey, malty/caramel, fruity. Body is dense and sticky, with average carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, supported by good sweetness behind. Final is average.

Bottle at home, 2021 mini heatwave, Monday 19th July 2021. Pours a cloudy yellow orange, not so big head compared with many of the style. Aroma is cloves, yeast and bananas. Taste is pleasing, bananas, light spice, yeast and citrus, and a banana and citrus, yeasty close. Very nice

Helle, klare Farbe. Floral, getreidig, mild fruchtig, deutlich hopfenbittere Note. Ein absolut grundsolides Bier. Das ganze wird hier auf Ratebeer als Pilsner geführt, ob das tatsächlich so korrekt ist, bin ich mir nicht so ganz sicher - komplett falsch ist es aufgrund des Erscheinungsbild und der geschmacklichen Eigenschaften aber auch nicht.
