Bag in Box. It pours hazy golden with a small white head. The aroma is aroma, funky, sweet - sour, tangy, barnyard and hay. The taste is dry, tart, funky, tangy, sour rhubarb, lemon - lime, barnyard and wood with a drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Well rounded and flavoursome. Good stuff.

Cask at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours clear yellow-gold with a thin smattering of white head. Nice aroma, some over-ripe and even mildly rotten apple, a little honey, biscuits, some musty peel. Light to medium sweet flavour with pleasant acidity, some sweat, sugary apples, some farmyard. Light bodiednwith spritzy carbonation. Bucket balanced finish, with a little funky aspect, more tart apples, moderate sugars, balancing acidity. Very nice,

8.5% abv dry . Bag in a box at The Cellars Alehouse Maidstone. Clear gold no head. Distinctive red skin apple aroma. Very appley in thr taste thrn a dry finish. Almost astringent. Definitely arresting flavour. A little perfume on aroma. Fairly extreme cider. Wow. That doesn’t take any prisoners. Not sure i like it too much. Lime sour finish. Aggressive cider.

Cask hand pump at Cock Tavern. It pours cloudy golden with no head. The aroma is fresh, fruity, juicy, apple pie, tangy apple, soft spice and tapioca. The taste is smooth, juicy, tangy, fruity (but not too sweet), fruit pie, apple skin, wood, apple pie, light spice and a hint of alcohol with a smooth finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Good balance. Pretty quaffable 4% cider.

Gbbf. Klares wässrig sehr blass gelbe Farbe. Geruch nach süßen leicht trockenen Äpfeln. Geschmack leicht säuerlich fruchtig, grüne Äpfel.

500ml bottle from Orchard Box. Pale golden colour with a short-lived white foam head. Nose of apple, hay, sulphur. Taste is sweetish fruity apple, green apple, with alittle drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite OK.

Aroma is moderate apple, pear skin - peel, tart apples, sulfur, green apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, tannis, apple, dry, apple skin. 500ml bottle from Orchard Box. Pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of oil with sulphury hints. Taste is pears, sweetish, syrupy and watery, with some light barnyard notes. Syrupy light bodied, low carbonation, lingering sweet finish. OK.
