Bottle, many thanks MoritzF! Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is creamy, bananas, dough, wheat. Taste is banana cream, cheesecake, mineralic, dry finish. Very creamy Weizen, but works!

Keg at the GBBF 2017. Day 3. 10/08/2017. A clouded frorhy white head. Aroma is bug hefe, wheat, clover, clove phenols, what. Flavour is sweat, wheat, spicy clove phenol. Palate is dry grainy. Nice yeast expression.

Keg at GBBF. If pours cloudy golden yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, mellow, sweet, sugary, banana candy, clove, light spice, bready and brioche. The smooth, creamy, banana, brioche, cloves, candy, white sugar, flump, mini milk and marshmallow with a smooth finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Well rounded and quaffable. Good for the style.

500ml bottle as Nothelfer Trunk shared with Finn. Good looking with a stable, bubbly, off-white head over a deep ruby-mahogany coloured body. Spotty lacing. Malty sweetness on nose. The taste profile is dominated by caramel and a backdrop of dark fruits, rather well blended. Mid-sweet malt-fruity ending. Just alright. (Tromsø 01.08.2017).

Draft at Trunk. Clear amber with a medium white head. Aroma had toasted malt, caramel and hints of rye bread. Flavor had toasted malt, caramel, chocolate and pumpernickel. Finished dry and roasted. Perfect balance. Lovely!

Flasche (50 cl) von Keils Getränkemarkt, Bayreuth. - Satt goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase bocktypisch breites helles Malz und milder Kräutertee. - Antrunk breit hellmalzig-getreidig und teigig süß, kontrastiert mit mildem, kräuterartigem Hopfen. Mild rezent, vollmundig, deutlicher Alkohol, etwas hart im Mund. Im Abgang recht schroffe zitronige Bittere. - Klassischer, etwas ruppiger heller Bock; zu holzschnittartig um zu überzeugen.

Bottle. Reddish/dark amber color with small tan ring. Aroma is chocolate, roasted malts, molasses. Taste is metallic, very earthy, some chocolate. Dry mineraly finish. Smells very sweet, but isn’t. It’s quite rustic. Nice!

GBBF Day 3. Bottle. Thanks to Ian. Clear bright gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and finely crisp. Mineral. Light malts, mild creamy sweetness. Modest citric hop and mild marmalade, touch of fresher orange peel. Light finish. Nice clean lager.
