The mildest of hazes on this yellow gold beer, small white head. Light smooth pale malts, pretty sweet, a creamy sweetness. Floral candy sweetness. Cooling pine. Tiny bit of citrus. Light crispy finish. Very sweet and candyish. Odd.

Bottle. Clear chestnut, offwhite head. Juicy malt aroma, light berry, medium full sweet base, berry, melanoidin, sweet, light port, roast, chocolate notes, a bit on the sweet side, pleasant enough.

Bottle, 0.5l, Mangled Ham 2026. Shiny ruby-amber body, off-white head gone relatively soon. Caramel, gummi bears, dried fruit and alcohol in the aroma. Lean, light, smooth taste, more dried fruit and caramel, quite pleasant, but the alcohol is up front a back, pleasant toasty notes do pop up as well, bitterish finish, good carbonation. I actually dig it, even if it's a bit too warm for the profile!

Bottle picked up from Äpfel Getrankemarkt Moosburg and consumed at home Sunday 8th February 2026 listening to a Belgian band called Slow Crush (shoegaze). We've got Pork Fillet Stuffed with Feta, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Spinach etc. Pours clear brown with a ruby hue, it's not so dark, looks great. Light sweetness, malty, a bit chewy, simple, nice soft mouthfeel, there is a little caramel edginess. Fine without ever being that exciting. Score 6.5

Gold with a frothy, white head. Buttered white bread aroma. Grainy. Taste is mildly bitter throughout. Medium-bodied, decent chewiness. Simple with no glaring off-notes. Mid-range stuff.
