25cl pour @ Frankfurt Apfelwein Festival 2025. Pours a misty gold. Lightly sour pure fruit scrumpy nose. Juicy medium to light bodied slightly sour tone, crisp and refreshing int he 37c heat.

Rapp's Meisterschoppen, Literflasche von Edeka, Schotten. - Goldgelb, nur schwach trüb. - Duftet und schmeckt mild und natürlich apfelig mit feiner Säure, runder Herbe und einer Spur zuviel Restsüße. Mild perlend. - Angenehmer, unkomplizierter Apfelwein. (21.1.2024.)

Rapp's No 1 Speyerling, Literflasche von Edeka Herkules, Marburg. - Honiggelb, blank. - In der Nase herbfruchtiger Apfel mit leichten erdigen, holzigen und säuerlichen Zügen. - Im Geschmack schöner, natürlicher Klarapfel mit feiner Säure. Ganz leise Apfelsüße. Schlank, spritzig, angenehm trocken. Im Abgang dezente Herbe. - Klassischer hessischer Apfelwein, sauber herb-fruchtig und rund, vielleicht eine Spur zu süß. Draught at Frankfurt Apfelwine Festival 2022. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple. Taste is apple, fruity, spritzy, alittle tartness, drying. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry slightly tart finish. Quite drinkable

Clear gold. Apple aroma with some dank undertones. Taste is mildly sweet with a dry finish. Light bodied, moderate watery texture. Not bad.

Tap in Frankfurt at a Restaurant. Nose is watery apple, some wood, dried apple. Palate is sweet and sour apple, watery pear, some vanilla. Ok Apfelwein.
