Bottle, 2015. Pours slightly hazy burnt orange with muted reddish purple notes, medium off-white head with good residual and lacing. Aroma is super funky, yogurt, lactic, berries, hay, barnyard, horse blanket. Flavor is light tart, really funky, berries and horse blankets, yogurt poured into sweat socks. Medium body. Quite nice :P

(750ml 2016 bottle from Mikkeller Webshop) Pours a clear slightly pink-blushed pale orange with a bubbly white head and no lace. Aroma of cherries, marzipan, fruit skins, red currants, leaves, light fruit vinegar, citrus hints and wood. Flavour is moderately sour up front, cherries, strawberries, some mixed berry really, soft acetic acid, a little lactic citrus, fruit skins, lightly sweet malt, rosé wine, grass, very light wood. Rather light bodied, bordering on thin but not excessively so. Soft to moderate carbonation. Not particularly lambic-like in my estimation, more of an American wild. Interesting to try all the same, and pretty drinkable.

Aroma has tart and sour berries and berry juice. Also very mild lactic tones. Flavour has tart berries, berry juice, lactic notes and woody notes. Also hints of balsamico. Not my thing and not very lambic-like actually; feels like sour red.
