28/IX/24 - 75cl bottle @ Belgian Beer Geek Gathering (Gent), BB: n/a, bottled: IV/2/15, 7463 (2024-1105) Thanks to ElManana for sharing the bottle!
Cloudy reddish amber beer, big creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, slightly fruity, brett notes, some vinegar touch, oxidized. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sourish, dry, spicy, very dry, very lemony, fruity, nice, complex, pretty woody, tannins. Aftertaste: a bit sourish still, pretty fruity - which is amazing after almost 10 years - earthy, dry, nice and refreshing. This one has aged very well!

Fruity, tart taste with grapes, grapefruit, green apples, barnyard, yeast, oak wood, white wine and peaches. Medium body, mainly dry. Tasty and wild, with good wood and yeast flavours. Very nice.

Bottle at the April DC Ratebeer tasting. Poured a very dark purple color, with a kind of light ruby tinged brown head. Aroma was pleasant grapes, vinous, cherries. Flavor was cherry, blackberries. Nice light vinous sour. Cherry, juice. Really good.

Raspberry, blackberry and some light grapefruit. Lime. Very nice balance. Murky ruby pour with decent head. I like this even more than I remember liking the other variants I've had of this. Tart finish. A little raspberry seed bitterness. Bottle.
