Taste starts with sweet caramel malt, following is rich smoky, woody and grassy with mouth-coating feeling and moderate bitter finish. Medium body, syrupy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Delicious, only lacks some strength...

Taste starts light sweet grainy, following is citric and zesty, mouthfeel is dry, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Not the one that I would kill for, but good enough...

Bottle. Golden colour, cloudy, rather small head - especially for a Hefeweizen. Aroma is intensive banana, dough, no clove. Hard to find the trace of smoked malt - there is just a subtle hint of ham on finish. Slight bitterness, light sweetness, slightly sour. Very pleasant oily texture, medium carbonation (below average for a Hefeweizen). Good.
