Tap. Hazy glowing yellow color with white head. Aroma is honey, wild, apples, nearly like a cider. Taste is honey, red apple skin, wild, sweet honey body (but not too sweet). Oily mouthfeel. Good, I like this one!

Brown color with tan head. Aroma is caramel, bready, a bit grainy, oat. Taste is oat, earthy, cereals. Medium carbonation. Interesting, and certainly well-made, but not exactly my thing.

Bügelverschlußflasche (50 cl) von Edeka Stenger in Aschaffenburg. - Goldgelb, leicht trüb. - In der Nase sehr milde aber schöne zitronige Hopfennoten. - Antrunk mild und rund zitronig-herb. Zarte helle Malzsüße. Mild rezent, schlank, weich im Mund. Milder Abgang mit nur leichter zitronig-grasiger Hopfenherbe. Schwacher Nachtrunk. - Ein Pilsener mit feinen, natürlich-weichen Hopfenaromen aber ohne richtige Herbe. Könnte etwas mehr Pep vertragen. Bio allein reicht nicht.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home. [ As Bergmann BioPils ].Unclear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grain, straw, light citrus - lemon - lime notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, straw, grain, grass, sour malt notes, tart citrus - lemon - line note. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150516]
