Many thanks for this beer to Beerhunter111. As Bergcraft Apple Kiss Bio-Apfel Weizen. Pours a yellow- orange colour with a white head. Aroma is apple, sugar, malt.

Amber with a frothy to foamy head that fades away. Bready aroma with hints of apple. Taste is sweet, full of dough and honey with an understated fruitiness. Light warmth at the end. Medium body, mild carbonation. Okay.

330ml bottle thanks to Kolshtrinker. Pours clear gold, white topping. Aroma is citrus, pine. Taste builds on this with prominent pine, citrus, resin however feels a little old perhaps, tired malt, bit odd. Not feeling this.

Fläschla: Dish-water-like coloured, cloudy, no head to speak of, mild toasty-malty nose with a herbal-hoppy touch; mild to moderate bitter flavour with a light sweetness, light to medium bodied, not soft; lingering bitter finish, some malt detectable plus a very mild acidity; some alk in the aftertaste. What kind of beer did the very creative brewer want to create? Hard to say, sigh…
