Ystad Tasting (25/11/2023) - sweet chocolate malty with some prominent raspberry coming through, some vanilla and whisky kissed wooden ascents evident, full bodied, raspberry accented dark malty into the close. Lovely.

Cremiger, leicht alkoholischer Schokoladenbeginn. Milde Süße, würzig, cremig. Der Alkohol bleibt deutlich erkennbar, Kakao, Bourbon. Intensiv, viel Kakao, der Alkohol steigt an und stört ein wenig. Cremig, langer Abgang und Nachgeschmack, wenig Vanille und rote Beeren. 12/11/12/12//12

A black beer with a tan head. Aroma of bourbon, vanilla, strong dark malt, liquorice, booze. Taste of vanilla, bourbon, cocoa nibs, ash, roasted dark malt, woody, creamy mouthfeel.

Boxed pint can from Ridgeview Liquors, 3/13/25. Black, mediumm brown head, average retention. Aroma of lemon, chocolate, roast, appropriately enough. Taste is tart lemon, chocolate, soy, graham cracker, roast. A bit thin. Gotta lower the score. A weird mintiness emerges that I find off-putting. 2nd Edit: This is really harsh and hard to drink. Score went from 7 to 6.6 to whatever it is now
