Nu utestängd från RB och 2100 Dubbel ipor där testade. Nu börjar vi om. Burk i hemmet på ölprovning med Öl sommelieren. Här har vi loranga , Cedeträ samt tallbarr . Rätt torr . God 😋. Men för bättre betyg behövs mer smak och något mindre torrhet.

Bottle consumed 1/25/25. Aged mostly refrigerated. Still well carbonated. Some oxidation immediately bit overall it still smells good. Hops are now minimal. Smooth, heavy palate, chocolate. Roasted malt. It has held up amazingly well

Can (from Beer Republic). Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is grapefruit, some mild tart wooden tones with mild general citrusy tones. Flavour is grapefruit, some citrus, mild tart wooden tones with some slight lemongrassy elements too.
