Old rating - A 375ml bottle brought from a Swiss supermarket a couple of years ago. Pours deep amber with a thin white head that dissipates quickly. Aromas & tastes of fruit, caramel, flora, sweet malt & alcohol. Medium body. Dry medium bitter finish. Average triple.

Rate 3.6, can coming from the spar, Kerzers, before to go to the papillonrama with my kids. Nothing special, a wheat ale, brewed rather on the German way, light body, malty, wheat, creamy, a bit fruity, light hop at the final. 03.07.24

This beer is original for the style, fruity, plum, apricot, cynammon, a bit sour, malty, the taste is really particular, alcool well hidden. 28.01.2018, drinking it on the train.

I had a good pleasure to drink this beer, a typical quad with rich aromas of malt, fruits like plum, apricot, cherry, porto, some hop. 23.05.2018

0.375 l bottle from Switzerland, thanx to my GF. Pours deep golden with thin, quickly disappearing head. Nose is vivid fruity and floral notes with a touch of yeast and slight alcohol. Taste is just like the aroma, but even more prominent and wel-rounded. Closes with pleasant, long lasting and lingering sweet and warm alcohol. Medium to heavy body, average carbo. Awesome tripel in every aspect.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso lo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, spezie, crosta di pane, frutta secca, resina, pino, agrumi e rosmarino sull'arrosto.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dall'orzo tostato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, pane tostato e agrumi.

0,5 l can from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! BB 27.03.2025. Murky yellow golden in the glass, small white head. Some sediments are floating around. Spicy medical herbal aroma with pale malt. Taste starts with sweet fruitieness, herbs and pine, pale malt. Low but present biterness. Little bit cough drops. Moid carbonation. Nice one.
