Tap at Cap Tap. Pours slightly hazy perry color. Light aroma that is cider and could include gin. Near med body. Flavor is more pear than apple for me, has a wood note, and a tang finish that seems to have gin. More gin would be good.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours hazy gold with a slight white head. Aroma is fruity with green apple skin. Med body, nearly. Flavor is tart/astringent green apple skin with something unusual I can’t place. Very, very dry. Good cider.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours gold with a smear of white bubbles. Aroma of plain old hard cider. Med body or so. Flavor is rather tart apple skin and a cider flavor hinting at sweet. But not even sweet/tart I'd say. Somewhat astringent. Really dry. Really cider. Good one.

Can picked up at Granzellas. Light golden color with a thin white head. Aroma is fresh juicy apples and a modest floral hop addition. Tastes sweet with just a little tartness. No real bitters, but the hops flavor is there along with the apples. Enjoyable.

On tap at Woodfour Brewing. Pours a clear yellow gold with small white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is apple, pear, oak. Thin body, green apple, pears, clean finish, nice tartness, very good.

Tap at Schillings, as "Golde State hopped Cider 6.9%". Nearly transparent color with hardly any white head. Aroma is hoppy, flowery. Taste is flowery, earthy, grassy, some apples, tartness. Unfortunately, not much more than the hop lemonades you get in Germany. Quite fun and tasty, though.

[2/2/16] Draught at Rosamunde Sausage Grill - Mission in San Francisco. Golden. Nice fresh apples aroma with a sulphury note and some oak. Slightly sweetish and mildly tart apples flavor, rather crisp. Nice and refreshing.

Tap. Pours super pale straw, close to clear, some bubbles and a ring of white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma is light green apple, not much else. Flavor is fairly sweet for a "dry" cider, light tart, green apple notes, a bit Earthy. Light body, low carbonation. Decent.
