Crowler fill. Aroma is citrus rind, peach, cat piss, orange juice. Pours hazy golden with a thick white head with good retention and some splotchy lace. Taste has mid-level bitterness with some juicy citrusy hop flavor. A good belch leaves lots of resinous leafy hop flavor on the palate. Yummy!

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. Two breweries I love, that I never expected to see collaborate. The power of fresh, delicious hops. A lighter, shiny golden pour. Extremely refreshing beer here. A ton of citrus. Hints of a pepper in this as well. I thought I was crazy when I thought I noticed it, then found it in the description. Interesting. Too easy to drink this stuff. Delicious.

12 oz can. Aroma is mango, faintly bready, floral. Pours hazy golden with a small off-white head. Taste is dry and lightly bitter; faint tartness from the fruit. The mango is there but really faint. Peppery. Kind of underwhelming for Bale Breaker.

Can, several of them, over the holiday weekend. Vibrant golden color with a thick finger of white head. Thick lacing throughout. Aroma is pure hops... citrus, tropical fruits, and pine. Tastes very flavorful with hops. Sweet and bitters come together seamlessly. Hop nectar flavors of citra, pineapple, and pine. Very big, but very smooth. Loving this style of DIPA.

At a friend’s wedding: pours copper with white head. Aroma is lightly piny with citrusy notes. Taste is not weird or super crazy, but a lightly bitter APA that succeeds in all the standard ways.

Pours a nice amber from a can, some lacing. Big fruity aroma, similar flavor although a little thin. Pretty good beer.
