Crazy light golden coloured body that is a light hazy straw note with a thin, very fast-dying white head. Aroma of fresh ginger, light malt, a touch of alcohol and way more warm ginger, just like Vernor’s soda in Michigan. Medium-bodied; Assertive sweetness up front from apples, a light honey flavour and a bunch of ginger more akin to Canada Dry than Vernor’s. Aftertaste shows a very pleasant sweetness, some mild malt, apple tastes, a hint of light alcohol, but a fresh and distinct ginger flavour throughout. Overall, a very nice cider with a perfect amount of fresh ginger flavour with a pleasant apple flavour as well. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Whole Foods in Alexandria (Old Town), Virginia on 05-July-2015 for US$2,99 sampled at home in Upstate New York on 11-July-2015.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours very darkly ruddy with a pinkish smear. Aroms is mostly cider with red berry hints. Flavor is sweet/tart apple with cranberry. Not sure about the pom. Finishes less than dry, but red berry tart. Cranberry dominates.

Reminds me of chai apple juice sold in a super market but more refined and hell good. Nice stuff

Draft - Grassy, funky and oddly sweet. Play dirty clear yellow. Light sweetness, apple acidity and a nice funky dryness. Very odd, not really hoppy, nor very much apple.

Cloudy hay with no head. Aroma is grapefruit juice with mild tartness. Flavor is dry grapefruit, light tart, and a sweet undertone. The grapefruit isn’t too intense, though it does drown out most of the apple, leaving only the tart note behind. Not very sweet, more dry, which works very well with the grapefruit. finish is pretty dry. Holy crap, this is so dangerous. Does not drink like a hard beverage. This was made for the summer.

22oz bottle pours a very hazy, straw gold with a ring of white head. Nose has a ton of citrus, big grapefruit, white grapefruit juice, lemon, tangerine, tart green apple. Flavor has a weird mix of tart green apple and lemon, white grapefruit, white grape, a little vinous. Lemony finish.

Golden. Aroma is light apple with thin caramel booze. Sweet oak notes. Plenty of vinous and booze notes. Interesting but hard to drink more than a few ounces of.
