750 ml corked bottle. Pours a hazy dark amber with full head. Aromas of funky/bretty yeast, creamed bananas, and wheat with mild floral notes. Flavors of earthy floral yeast, plastic, honey, and waxy lemon. Interesting.

Cloudy golden color. Fresh wood sap aroma, light mint, glue. The body is leaner than expected, it has some residual sweetness, can feel some of the spruce, and this is not what you expect from beer, a bit soapy.
Weird.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out farmhouse notes, some light spruce, and some wild yeast. Flavour is quite complex, with notes of spruce, lovely wild critters, and some earthy notes. Quite complex, with the spruce incorporated subtly and expertly. Excellent.

Cloudy golden color. Not much beer action going on, instead it has some violent soap aroma and flavor. Not impressive.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out a lot of the fennel, with considerable anise quality, and some farmhouse notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of fennel and anise upfront, followed by farmhouse notes and minty notes. Very strange, a bit too abrasive on the mint and fennel to be overly enjoyable. Meh.

Cloudy blond color, small head. Nice aroma, a lot of Brett, and some lemon. The mouthfeel is quite dry; high acidity, with enough Brett and a mild flowery touch.
Very nice.
