On tap at JUXT. Pours black with a tan head. Cocoa and a rich, toasted, bready malt on the nose. Flavour has a chewy, slightly metallic malt base, dark sugars. A solid imperial stout, more European than American.

On tap at Cloudburst on Shilshole, pours a clear amber with a medium beige head. Aroma is full of rich, woody, resinous hops, a touch of pine, and dry bready, caramel mat. Flavour is much the same, with big chewy caramel malt, woody resinous hops, a touch of pine. Nicely balanced, maybe not as hoppy as I want (despite the 65 IBUs). Very well-constructed.

On tap at Cloudburst on Shilshole, pours a clear dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma has soft toasted malt, some earthiness, not much else. Flavour is dry, with soft toasted malt, not much else. Finishes dry, earthy. Pretty timid. Meh.

On tap at The Beer Junction, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pretty laid-back, with gentle gooseberry-like hop tang and bright pine. Flavour is much the same, with bright melon, gooseberry hop tang, pine, light mineralogy notes, and just enough biscuity malt to back. Fantastic hop expression, good balance. Excellent.

Rich pale malt, some orangey notes, medium bitterness. Definitely a cloudburst beer. A really good one.

Slight haze, has a vague fruity nose, weedy, some lemon. It's a decent strong ipa

Dark brown, bright, med head, very toasty aroma, some sweetness, somewhat dry finish. It’s okay, that basic uncomplex dry black lager thing.

Pale with slight haze, thin head, skunky cannabis, sticky hop, earthy hop, not really much bitterness so it’s mostly sticky and dank.

Opaque, dullish colour, aroma is a bit minty, med body, moderate bitterness. Hop is a bit burny, malts are lacking. So this isn’t one of their better hazies.

From Good Times Oakland, canned November 18th 2025.
It pours a clear dark amber a solid finger of foam. Retention and lacing are top notch.
The smell is spicy with the most noticeable being nutmeg. There's caramel malt, allspice, on the sweet side but not really sweet.
The taste is nutmeg, allspice, caramel malt, sweet but yet again, not overly sweet. Very little bitterness here with the spicing dominating the entire session.
Medium bodied, I would certainly drink this again. It's very good.
