It is an original beer for the style. In my opinion, it is a mix between a kölsch and a Belgian sour beer, refreshing and good, 23.01.17, buying it in one coop, drinking it at Lausanne, Prélaz.

I think that it is a decent IPA, the taste is perfectly bitter, citrus, small notes of sweetness, malt and nice final touch with the hop, 18.01.2017, buying it at the ex grain d'Orges, Crissier, drinking it at Lausanne Prélaz.

It is a really light amber, malty, bready, some ginger bread, really watery, few hop, it is a regular beer. 06.03.2017, drinking it at Prélaz, Lausanne.

very hazy pale yellow colour, huge, though not too stable white head; aroma of unripe peach, lactic and citric acidy and some wet wheaty notes; taste is quite the same; refreshing one

6-3-7-4-14 Bottle, lot0910, 6 months before bbd. Pours hazy yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is hops with citrusy notes of orange peel and fruity yeasty notes, as well as grainy malts with grassy minerals. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is fruity yeast, hops with citrusy notes of orange peel, as well as malts with cereals and grass. Grassy finish. More of a blonde than an IPA, but a decent one at that.

very hazy grey-ish yellow colour, moderate sized creamy ecru head; aroma ofpineapple, parsnip, celery, some grapefruity and orange peel oils notes; hoppy bittery taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma and some syrupy sweetness; quite good one

Mangosaft. Könnte noch gosiger sein, mir fehlt etwas mehr ausgleichende Salzigkeit ggü der Säure. Dennoch gut.
