Vom Fass im Muted Horn Berlin 2024-11 getrunken. Dieses Brombeer Met kommt mit einer unangenehmen Plastik-(Fehl-)Note daher. Es schmeckt so als ob für die 2 jährige Reifung statt Eichenfässer eher Plastikfässer benutzt wurden. Nein hier kommt gar keine Freude auf. Ich bin hier raus!

Opaque DARK color and a tiny white head. Interesting nose of artificial blackberries, musty, sweet. Taste of fruits h OK ney, sweet, fruity.

On tap at The Wandering Tortoise, pours a clear ruby red with a small pink head. Aroma has a nice bright tart cherry character upfront and light apple core. Flavour is medium-to-heavy sweet for a cider, with plenty of cherry and some jammy notes. Too sweet for me, but there's admittedly plenty of depth. Good, but not really what I look for in a cider.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso la cannella. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è evanescente. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo spento. Il corpo è medio. Il dolce è medio. L'amaro è poco presente e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è normale e la maniera in cui permane è corta. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di frutta, cannella e té verde.

31/8/2024. Can from Left Field Beer. Pours clear pale gold with a few small bubbles. Aroma is peachy, floral, honey, peach melba. Medium sweetness, slight tart edge. Moderate body, sparkling carbonation. Liked this.

31/8/2024. Can from Left Field Beer. Pours clear pale yellow orange with a few bubbles. Aroma is sweet mango, flowers, honey, mango sorbet, jelly tots, sherbet edge. Quite sweet, very slight tartness. Moderate body, lightly creamy, average carbonation. Liked this.
