Canning date illegible. But freshly purchased from cooler. Drunk 10/15/25.
Clear, coppery-golden-brass. Small, off-white head, steadily to ring.
Lightly woody, christmasy spice seems very Chinook-like, so that's nice. Not the harsh wood and grapefruit of Simcoe and Centennial. Orange oil, sticky honey and minimal medium malts, with mostly base malt, no iced tea and no toast. Nice.
Marmalade and pine with woody Simcoe and very slight cherry-like fruitiness. Soft, sticky, supportive texture with some chew to it and good attenuation. Bitterness is deftly managed and not overdone. No resin, no big pine. Really nice use of a chewy maltiness to soak up the extra acid, while not making a gross, resinous, toasty WC IPA.

B-way draught, 8/20/25.
Clear!
Fresh watermelon, lime, dill, sea salt. Smells like a gose?
Sweet, rich, malty, a bit punchy with pineapple and tea or melon with big black pepper. Earth, tea, guava, punchiness, tartness. Not enjoying any of this. Way too punchy/twangy, despite the attenuation being good.

Broadway draught, 8/20/25.
Pretty clear for a hazy.
Lots of fruity yeast. Coconut, strawberry and dank, spicy, weed notes.
Spicy, soft, malty, with big honey and white bread, lingering sourdough and lemon-lime lemongrass. Not super complex. Malts are kind of mushy. Needs more snap on the end. A bit too soft and mushy.

Broadway draught, 8/20/25.
Gently hazy, amber-tan-beige. Small, white head.
Spice, toast, but both very mild. Clean yeast, fruity and biscuity. Not very aromatic.
Caramel+fruit. Soft and chewy. Intense amber ale with rich malts doubling down on toast and fruity yeast. Gently bitter, very fruity hops. Clean and substantial without too much toasted malt.

Broadway draught, 8/20/25.
Gently hazy, hazier than Out of Focus and Queen Rabbit...
Earth, rind, dull orange and white bread. Bit of acidity. Very clean.
Zesty, juicy, cracker and malty with excellent dryness and wonderful maltiness lingering among minimal adjunct and long honey in the finish. Wow!

Broadway draught, 8/20/25.
Moderately-to-heavily hazy, brass-blonde w some copper. Small, white head.
Woody, piney, El Dorado-forward notes are fairly brutish and uninteresting. Lighter melon and strawberry with honey and white bread. No booze or resin.
Zesty, spicy and peppery with earthy tea and a medium light, biscuity body with lingering honey on the finish. Melon and peach, smoked pepper and unripe guava. Very spicy and unique. Round, soft, supple body but good attenuation and bitterness. There's a hint of twangy pineapple acidity, but otherwise this is very unique and interesting.

Broadway draught, 8/20/25.
Moderately hazy, muted brass with a hint of copper. Small, frothy, white head.
Leafy, spicy, mineral-rich NZ hops with earth and unripe tropical fruit. Clean with gentle white bread from malt.
Spicy and rich with mineral and white wine. Doesn't have the staying power but the spice up front from the Nelson is next to none. Just gets a bit muddled with cracker and fruity yeast and a bit of bitter unripe tropical fruit rind.

Broadway draught, 8/20/25.
Clear copper-tan. Good-sized, light beige head, moderate retention.
Fruity with good base malt depth and low toast. Rich honey, brown bread and earthy, herbal hops to dry things slightly. Balanced and aronatic, very clean.
Toast and sourdough up front with lemon-tinged apple and hints of caramel and toffee. Good depth, good attenuation. Nice mineral finish. I'd take some more hop flavor in place of the bitterness, but this is very well-done nonetheless.

Cask at GBBF 25. Hazy-opaque amber. Thin frothy foamy white head. Aroma has a sour edge and light caramel. As does the flava with added malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-average carbonation. Slightly astringent finish.
