7/8/2025. Cask at GBBF 2025. Decent pour. Aroma is malty, caramel, biscuit, bready, bit veggie/starchy. Medium sweetness, mild bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation.

Pours hazy gold into a willi. Bright white soapy head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Biscuit and grass aromas. Crisp with sweet citrus, hay and straw front to back. Medium length earthy pith finish.

Clear copper colour, no head. Honey, maple syrup, whiskey in the nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Vanilla, almond, honey and mentioned Amaretto in the flavour. Good but thin.

Hazy yellow-orange colour and tiny white head. A bit chalky fruity aroma. Mediun-bodied. Riped fruits, citrus in the flavour. Grapefruity finish. Lightish for its abv.

Broadway draught, 7/22/25. 2018 vintage.
Clear, rosy-amber. Small, off-white head.
Fruity with gentle bourbon spice and sweetness. Not much rye character less. Overall, barrel is light. But there's no alcohol or excess sugar. Looks like it's attenuated nicely over the years.
Sweetly malty with some spicy rye and sweet, round, fruity bourbon. Fruity yeast and light oak. Vanilla lingering and a soft, not quite syrupy texture. It's malty and comforting with no oxidation. Barrel more apparent in the flavor. Nice to see a vintage release, and it certainly seems it has paid off.

Broadway draught, 7/22/25.
Lemony brass, moderately hazy. Small, off-white head.
Lemony-coconut bars with vanilla and light pineapple. Tropical fruit salad and light mineral with biscuit and white bread. No resin or weirdness.
Earthy and fuzzy with spicy green notes, unripe tropical fruits, mineral and light stone fruit. Nice break from citrus. White bread/honey malt is fairly plain, fairly well-attenuated. Kind of VT IPA-like but lacking the balancing bitterness.

Broadway draught, 7/22/25.
Lightly hazy, deep apricot. Small, off-white head.
Rich, authentic, fruity apricot and light Brett belies the high abv. Light, tasteful oak and mild lactic acid. Wow, this is shockingly easygoing for its size.
Its size comes out in it's rich maltiness and wonderful, almost bourbon barrel flavors. Apricot, of course, too. Juicy and fruity without too much acid. Love how comforting and malty this is up front, without any aggressive acidity ever emerging. But it still balances through oak, rustic grain and tart apricot acids.

Broadway draught, 7/22/25.
Heavily hazy, muted bronze-maize-golden. Small, white head.
Good, assertive dry hop with lightly fruity yeast and a good blend of citrus and light tropical fruit. Clean and balanced with ample hop acidity.
Earthy with melon, petrol and dank herbage. Crusty malts galore but enough soft, gently sweet, white bread-like maltiness. Lingering dry hop oiliness with a bit of chalk and resin. But nothing offensive. Lemon oil, crusty grain and light petrol lingering.
