Spotty beige collar on a murky brown body. Still nicely carbonated after 8 years. Toffee, caramel & parkin aroma. Malt, toffee, parkin, plum & boozy dark spirit tastes. Excellent.

Tight off white head stayed on a reddish brown body. Malt, berries & spiced fruit aroma. Medium bodied, smooth, soft & clean. Raisins, dried fruits, berries, malt & sweet jam tastes with a nicely hopped finish. Low rate on RB but an excellent beer to me.
