Dark for a wheat. Orange light brown color, slightly hazy. Off-white creamy long lasting head. Aroma is a bit spicy and sugar cane. Medium sweet taste, bitter. Sticky wheat, sirupy texture. No refreshing palate, bitter actually.

Very cloudy golden color, dying head. Aroma of hops and yeast. Taste of sour yeast, hops. Bit blonde-like beer, but the extreme cloudyness is more like a wheat. Not a very good beer. 2.3 Rerate: bottle, probably 2007 or something, new logo at least. Hazy golden color, some debris floating around. Aroma of some citrus and pineapple, slight hoppy. Decent bitter taste, bit grassy, bit citric, again some pineapple sourness. Much better than a couple of years ago.

Dark brown color, with firm thick lacing, very nice. Aroma of roasted malts and caramel malts. Sweet taste, again a bit 'stouty' of the roasted malts, coffee, salami. Bitter palate. Decent dubbel, but somewhat too roasted for me.

Perfect description by jbrus. Exactly what i had in mind. For a triple this is definitely an inferior brew to almost all triples i know. It''s more a combination of a wheat and a triple.

Sampled at Utrechts Bokbierfestival : Dark, creamy appearance. Weak malty aroma. Sweet malts, caramelly taste. Double-like finish, bit acidic maybe. I liked this one.
