Pours a hazy tan colour and has a light, fresh zesty aroma. It’s sharp & refreshing. There’s a little spiciness and some softer malt flavour. Finish is sharp and tangy.

Bottled (BB 12/2007)
Hazy chestnut brown color, decent creamy off-white head. Light caramelly sweetness and spices in the nose - also a bit of chocolate, hops and alcohol. Palate is quite watery, flavors in the finish are some toffee, yeast and alcohol. Spices are quite light, only some traces of cinnamon can be found. Pretty thin and not very interesting, but drinkable.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, small white creamy head. Wheaty, quite sour citric aroma. Flavour is spices, wheat, some malts and rather acidic citrus fruit. Not very exciting, but still refreshing.

Carried home from the Cracked Kettle in Amsterdam. A nice beer, although a little light. Flavor has minimal banana but abundant wheat and yeast. Some alcohol in there as well. Aroma is wheaty and yeasty, but no citrus and only a hint of banana. I do like the lack of bubblegum flavor. Cloudy brown, tall thick cream colored head, and some sediment.

Hazy golden color; frothy big head. Strong aroma, dry malt, some spices, young wood. Quite strong body structure. Some malt taste, vegetables. Too much bitterness. Not very professional.

Bottle, 6.4%. Roasted aroma, but not in a nice way. Cloudy brown colour, small light brown head. The flavour is slightly roasted with some OK caramel and creaminess. Good creamy mouthfeel once the excess carbonation is gone. Very late warming alcohol notes. And late oxidized notes which suit the beer OK.
