Description
De brouwmeesters van de Texelse Bierbrouwerij maken sinds 1999 hun bijzondere bieren. Texels speciaalbier wordt gebrouwen van uitsluitend natuurlijke grondstoffen, waaronder Texelse gerst. Dat maakt al de speciaalbieren tot een puur product van Texel.
In de voormalige zuivelfabriek van Oudeschild maakt de Texelse Bierbrouwerij speciaalbier met traditioneel vakmanschap en eigentijdse technologie.

In november 2020 door Heineken verworven.

30 cl. bottle @hone, bought @ Mitra. Gusher. Hazy orange with a thin white head. Hoppy malty aroma. Some slight sweetness but a decent bitter aftertaste. Quite nice.

Thanks to bierkoning! Hazy brown-amber color, mostly vanishing white head. Light nose has hints of caramel, yeast and berries. Light to medium bodied. Light caramelly flavor with hoppyness in the finish. Yeasty notes too. Perhaps more an amber ale than normal belgian ale.

Hazy amber colour with a small tan head. Fruity and yeasty aroma. Moderate sweet, light fruity, yeasty, some caramel and light acidic.

Bottle 300ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, vegetables, light to moderate yeasty, sweet yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, yeasty, sweet yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120622]

On tap at ’t Arendsnest, Amsterdam on 30/6/2012. Deep gold with a slight white head. sweetish and fruity, with a touch of herbal hops and dryish finish. Ok.

33cl bottle shared with kermis at the fiddler. Thin off white head. Clear amber pour. Malty aftertaste. Nice bock

Bottle at the Fiddler. Pouts a murky golden with a white head. Aroma is extremely light, some hops and a little metallic. Flavour is a little fruity, light sweet and bitter. Thin to medium bodied with medium carbonation.
