Bottle 0.75l. Lightly cloudy, very pale straw colored. AROMA- fine, fermented, apple must. FLAVOR- smooth, slightly sweet, slightly sour, apple, yeast. Light to medium bodied. Maybe too decent, still nice.

From tap at Sběrné suroviny 22.07.20. Cloudy pale straw colour. No head. Aroma and taste of apple zest, leather, wild apples and funky yeast! Dry mouthfeel. The aftertaste is quite bitter.
