On tap at Mikerphone, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is rich, with tons of bourbon barrels, some spirit, deep sugars, and some roast. Flavour is insane, with tons of spirit, rich bourbon, wood, roasted malt, and booze. Insanely intense, with tons of wood, spirit, and roast. Fantastic but a bit over the top.

On tap at Mikerphone, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out light Armagnac, bourbon barrels, and brown sugar. Flavour is very complex, with lots of bourbon barrels, some Armagnac, brown sugar and caramel malt. Complex and refined. Excellent.

On tap at Mikerphone, pours black with a medium brown head. Aroma is extremely intense and yet refined, with a real nice barrel expression: plenty of wood, light vanillin, some fermented out dark sugars. Flavour is rich, intense and elegant, with a ridiculously complex barrel expression of wood, toasted oak, light vanillin, and dark sugars. The residual sugar is on the low side, which works beautifully for me, so this is mostly a function of the barrels. Wonderful.

Bottle pour at Mikerphone, pours an opaque muddled tomato juice colour with a tiny head. Aroma is buggy, with lots of wild yeast and oak barrels upfront that then gives way to the mixed berries and whatnot. Flavour is buggy and barrel-forward, with acidic currants and cranberries, and then more conventional cherries. The acidity is high but the bugginess and barrel character are wonderful. Excellent BA fruited American wild.

On tap at Mikerphone, pours a cloudy dark amber brown with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of granola, apples, and light cinnamon, and a touch of oak. Flavour is sweet and sour, with lots of granola, sweet apple sauce, and a touch of cinnamon. Too sweet for me but theres a nice complexity here.

On tap at Mikerphone, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of intense espresso, almost an espresso liqueur-like character, with molasses underneath. Flavour is very rich, bringing out espresso on steroids. Rather syrupy palate, almost too much such that its not that balanced. Alright extreme beer.

On tap at Mikerphone, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma has some hopburn, allium-tinged hops, and some dankness. Flavour is much the same, with pithy tropical fruit juice, allium, light hopburn, and some bitterness. A bit rough and too much allium from the Citra, but decently made for the style.

On tap at Mikerphone, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of piney hops, some resinous hops, and gently sweet malt. Flavour is well-balanced, with lots of piney hops, resinous hops, and just enough sweet malt to back. Potently hoppy but a balanced gem. Excellent.

On tap at Mikerphone, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of roasted malt, potent hops, and light earthiness. Flavour is balanced well, with a nice roasted malt character, balanced with bittering hops and gentle earthiness. Dry, good balance and bittered. Excellent.
