Bottle. Cloudy dark amber brown/orange with a proper white beige head .Aroma of ripe bananas. Taste of very ripe bananas, malts and wheat with hints of chocolate. Moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. Ok but too simplistic.

Bottle. Clear gold featuring a proper white head. Aroma of grains, lemons, diacetyl and a whiff of vanilla. Taste of grains, soap, bread, butter, minerals and lemons. Low bitterness. Low to medium carbonation. Soft almost creamy mouthfeel and that’s the only good thing about this one. It‘s exactly what I have come to expect from Engel: Mediocre and disappointing.
