500 ml bottle purchased at the brewery. Nice violet color very thin head. Aroma is a meat ton of tart raspberry, funky yeast, maybe a hint of wine. The flavor is some crazy. Other than the raspberries which are here in abundance, there is also a vanilla bean / vanilla ice cream note in the finish. Where is this vanilla hint coming from? The Brewer didn’t use vanilla. Very, very, interesting. Makes this unique.

500 ml bottle purchased at the brewery. Deep dark brown color, full thick lacing. Aroma is Brettanomyces, honey, and a lot of woody hints.
Flavor starts with Brett then goes into a sweet honey note. Berries are an afterthought but provide a mild tartness in the finish. The ingredients marry very well together. Sweet, funky, and Bretty all at the same time. Mouthfeel is also very nice. Excellcent!

oops. this is 500ML bottle. Sorry Dave. Thanks AFH for sharing. This is beautiful. Pours with a small thin head, this is a bloody red, completely clear, no yeast sediment in the pour. Holy moly. This is a remarkable raspberry aroma. It smells stupid like a raspberry pure. Jeez man. Cabernet, Cherry and raspberry with little bits of vanilla bean. Why am I tasting vanilla? Delicious. Juicy, bright, glorious flavor. I wish it had a bit more carb but this is tasty.

375ML Bottle, Thanks AFH for sharing this bottle from Dave. Dark reddish brown, looks a little hazy, 2 finger leather tan head. Smells great. a very faint berry aroma with oak, raspberry, ropey brett. Hey, delicious! Man, this is nice. has a brett-pale-ale sort of flavor with a tiny bit of smoke, wheat, very light sweetness of faint berry, bark, wood. I love the soft mouthfeel. nice work Dave!

Sampled at the source. Crystal clear yellow. Aroma is a great level of citrus, and dusty grain. Subtle grassy hints.
The flavor is pretty much a carbon copy of the aroma. Very subtle bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium with a pleasant crisp texture.

Bottle from Bert’s Murky deep brown color with a huge bubbly off white head that takes forever to recede. Berry’s on the nose with bits of earth and light funk and a touch of sweet bread. Earthy funky berry with bits of faint sweetness and a touch of aluminum. Massive carbonation lightly tart acidic mouthfeel. Not too shabby.

Pours clear gold into a tulip. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to nothing. Lemon, barnyard and brett aromas. Soft with sweet lemons, lime, white grape and grapefruit upfront turning to funky brett before the lasting bitter earth finish.
