Bottle from the Brewery Shared with the Tasters Choice crew. Slightly hazy light yellows color with a spirited bubbly white head. Lemony tart earthy funk with bits of citrus and grape on the nose. More earthy and funk than tart in the flavor. Moderate citrus flavor with a light higher alcohol note. Pretty tasty brew.

Bottle courtesy of Reynolds314, thank you sir! Crystal clear golden yellow color, white coca cola head. Aroma of apricot, lemon, subtle banana. Taste is softly sour, fruity, with a dusty funky finish. Tasty.

Poured into a snifter, the appearance was a black color with a thin white to off white foamy head that dissipated at a decent pace. Sly concave lacing.
The aroma started with some milk chocolate, light coffee, dark fruits, some vanilla, brown sugar and coconut. Red fruitiness/sly vinous.
The flavor leans towards some roasty coffee to bitter coffee. Coconut is there. Berry notes flavor it on up nicely. Blended vinous to roasty to bitter coffee aftertaste and running into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body. Some sour/vinous harshness hits. Carbonation feels fine, appropriate.
Overall, imperial porter with sour/vinous notes? Unsure if that was intended, but somehow this seems to work for me in a stellar way. If there’s infection, well, that infection served it right!

750 ml growler (solo domed) filled 4 hours ago. It looks and smells like juice. Aroma is peach, tropical fruits, nice orange and mango.
The flavor consists of massive amounts of juicy fruits, (citrus, peach, mango hints) the finish has low bitterness. This goes down exceptionally smooth. Wonderful display of the hop.

Sampled at the source. Yellow color with great clarity. Aroma is fresh with apricot and light sour wheat. The flavor is great balance of fruit and sour wheat/ yogurt base. The Pomegranate is pretty subtle but it does peak out through the apricots. Tartness is just right. Mild juicey texture that becomes dry. Not over done. Extremely easy to drink.

Growler from the brewery Pours a slightly hazy light yellow color with a small quickly dissipating white head. I would have thought the pomegranate would have given a bit of color to this. Lemony fruity on the nose. Tart and earthy on the tongue with a faint bit of citrus and tart fruitiness. Lightly puckering mouthfeel light body quite refreshing. Great summer beer.

Growler filled at the brewery hours ago. Hazy lemon yellow color with a decent sized frothy white head that slowly recedes. Huge lemony citrus aromas with a sweet bready malt underneath. Light to medium body, super easy to drink. Great beer.

Tap at the source. Slightly hazy deep yellow color with a smallish short lived bubbly white head. Tart lemon with a hint of saline and some fruity dank hop aroma and flavor to counter. Tart and refreshing on this balmy November day.

500 ml bottle purchased at the brewery. Side by side comparison with the standard version. Same clear gold color and carbonation as the standard version. I used the same glass. Aroma has a lemon and lightly earthy nuance that covers the apricot. Also the yeast is notable.
The flavor is a direct reflection of the aroma. Yeast plays well with the fruit and carry over notes from the dry hopping. Like the standard version this has a great fruity tartness after the sip. The tartness lingers just slightly after the sip. The texture is juicy. Out of the two variants, this wins for me.
