Interesting stuff, quite sweet, notes of apple, a little citric bite, perhaps some cinnamon, vague autumnal spices, bittersweet apples, Granny Smith. Pretty good, pretty fun, but wouldn’t want to drink multiple tins.

Clean and tart. Pleasant juicy passion fruit, more mellow citrus fruit accents, modest acidity. Background apple sugars. Super clean finish, just sweet enough, a sniff of funk, lemon, passion fruit. Highly drinkable.

On tap at Proletariat, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has lots of farmhouse funk, leather, and some crisp apple skins. Flavour is dry and funky, with lots of funky farmhouse notes, apple core, crisp apple skins, and leather. Funky, lightly acidic finish. Excellent.
Well that’s fucking delicious.

Single from Blue Door. Clear Solo cup at home during RB chats. Quick soda head, hazy raspberry-colored body. Orange & apple spiced syrup, almond, dark berry, dark sugar nose. Taste is orange soda-apple-cinnamon, malic acid, slight bitter aromatics, with a sharp berry back end. Bittersweet leaning sweet, medium-strong acid, strong carb, whatever abv, very slight dry mouth. Not as good as some of their other cocktail inspirations but doable.

Can at Armsby, 8/24/24. Clear, slight unfiltered haziness. Muted brass-golden. Nose shows lightly buttery oak with vibrant, even semi-sweet apple notes. Minimal brett and lactic character, but it's certainly there. Grassiness on the end. In the mouth it's quite oaky and slick though with gentle carbonation. There's a bright, juicy, somewhat sweet apple flavor up front that belies the spontaneous fermentation and oak aging. But it never gets too sweet; just sweeter than expected.

Real nice blend of barrel and Brett. Old and young cider love.
