Can, from Broadway Dive Bar, Manhattan (5/8/23). Pours cloudy bright dark yellow with frothy whitish head that dissipates fast, grape aroma, high carbonation, sweet malty taste with grape and yuzu, faint tea flavor, smooth thin body, long finish with grape and tea aftertaste. Very interesting brew, almost like ice tea.

12 ounce can from Wegman's Charlottesville, 6/8/23. Pink, slight haze. Thin fizzy head. Poor retention but loads of carbonation on the sides of the glass. Looks like a soda. Aroma of lime, apple, mild ginger. Taste is ginger, apple, lime. Well balanced, pretty simple. Nice.

Super deep and hazy bright ruby coloured body with a light blood coloured glow and a thinnish off-white head that fades very quickly of course, but the look is great, even for a graft product (which is saying a lot!). Aroma of super fresh cranberries, pungent spices of canella, nutmeg, star anise, cardamom and especially ground ginger - very strong in the nose with some apples and a bunch of sugars here as well. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong cranberry and very tart fruit flavours show at first that bring out a dryness and light effervescence, but the spices hit hard afterwards with the ginger front and centre and the light canella and stronger star anise on the finish, but the balance of tartness, spice and fruit seems almost perfect, especially if you are having this from Thanksgiving to New Year's! Aftertaste shows the very deep spice notes in almost a perfect combination with the tart apples and the relatively subdued sweetness, especially at the end, but the balance is struck right with a great deal of complexity from everything in this can. Overall, a great cider to have, especially at this time of the year, but I had it in summertime and it was still great, or perhaps even better (to remind me of the 'most wonderful time of the year'!). I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Whole Foods in Washington (Foggy Bottom, Eye Street NW), D.C. on 24-November-2021 for US$3,99 sampled at my house here in Washington, a few blocks away on 17-August-2022.

Clear, oily gold, canned baby goblet pour @Max's. Lemon/Yuzu & ginger soda nose with a twinge of apple(not much). Reisling & white tea forward, but still amazingly thin & sharp. Leftover lemon & a little earthy apple longer with champagne yeasties on the finish. Crispy, but not super thin, touch boozy. Way cleaner than I expected from Graft. Evil Twin definitely held them to a standard. Really well done.

Can: Poured a golden clear with no head. Aroma is musty beach butthole, even MrsSHIG gave the stink face when smelling it. Taste is a mix of citrus, apples, agave sweetness. Taste is better than it smells, but only by a little bit.
