Pours clear blonde, small white head. Smell is bit malty,mild spicy by the yeast. Taste is bit spiced by the yeast, mild maltyness. Not very dry. Ok impression of a saison.

Soupy, though not chunky, bright apricot and canteloupe orange with a small, white head showing moderately-low to low retention.
Very orange creamsicle-like in the nose, with layers of various citrus in between pineapple, guava and mango. Low spiciness, little/no pine and displaying some very lightly caramel-tinged honey-like malt notes that further sweeten things. For the strongest beer abv-wise of the four I had while there, this might seem like the softest/mildest. A touch of dough and mild ester with no alcohol or flaw noted. Quite juicy.
Juicy again in the mouth with light pine, grapefruit and spicy, almost herbal bitterness creating a reasonable amount of balance. Malts are pillowy-soft and the carbonation is low but reasonably engaging. Dough, biscuit, honey and tropical fruits linger lone with just a touch of piney resin on the very end. No alcohol or flaw. I actually would prefer it have more carbonation, to disperse some of the sweet, doughy and juicy notes more evenly, but I guess not everyone prefers that. Melon building up somewhat with a touch of sourdough character as you get near the end.

Glowing canteloupe-to-copper-golden with a small but firm white head and a heavy haziness.
Pure, delightful, unadulterated juice in the nose showing the "new classic" notes of melon, mango, papaya and pineapple over a base of lightly grainy, biscuit and cracker malts that impart a bit of dainty honey-like sweetness. For all the PNW hops in here, they’ve sure done one hell of a job of keeping this stuff intensely juicy and mostly free of heavy citrus and pine. Almost no resin and what citrus there is helps to undercut the juiciness lightly and keeps it quite bright.

Heavily hazy, though not soupy, bronze-copper-golden with a medium-to-small, off-white head atop showing moderate to moderately-low retention.
Thoroughly spicy nose really highlighting the cascade. It’s like a big whiff of marmalade with juicy grapefruit and finally more pine and lemon on the finish, thanks to the Simcoe. A bit intense for me, and the cracker-like malt character, very sparse and dry itself only seems to intensify, or maybe more accurately, exacerbate things. Light scallion and a touch of catty character, but otherwise clean and still fairly low on resin despite all of the pine and grapefruit. No alcohol.
Spicy and fairly bitter, much more so than your typical NE IPA. Light green onion, grapefruit, pineapple and tons of orange rind and lemon. The malts are indeed very dry, crackery and while still reasonably deep/supple, provide almost zero sweetness for balance. As well, it’s a touch on the watery/loose side. Still, it’s interesting and good to see they’re not just pumping out the same old ubiquitous tropical fruit juice bomb IPA.

Light copper-maize with a bright blonde tint and a medium-sized white head atop showing modest retention. Thoroughly hazy, bordering soupy.
I get a little more of the pine and citrus of the mosaic than I do the more lighthearted El Dorado (the current commercial description is an older batch; the hops change), but it’s not necessarily a bad thing as it works well with the biscuity, cracker-laden malts and clean, fresh yeast to present less of a juice bomb, giving it slightly more traditional APA tendencies. That being said, it’s still plenty juicy, with pineapple, melon and mango pitted against grapefruit and lemon. No alcohol or flaw and but for the moderate pine finish (which isn’t resinous), it’s not aggressive at all.
Quite dry, with a substantial malt base that shows off very fruity, moderately juicy notes (mango, pineapple, melon, sweet lime) and some more austere citrus (lemon, grapefruit). It comes together nicely and still manages to come across reasonably light and drinkable, the high attenuation and tight carbonation helping to see to that. No alcohol, flaw, doughy yeast or resin here.

From my brother in a growler: poirs NE haze with a white head. Aroma juicy citrus. Taste is a juice bomb with light bitterness. Slight alcohol bite or something. Lingering aftertaste.
