Hazy blonde with a thick white head. Nice wheat malt aroma with bubblegum but light sulfur notes. Fresh wheat in mouth, with bubblegum, bananas and lemon notes. Medium bodied, cremay mouthfeel. May 2005.

Golden ale with a thin white head. Light sour apples and lactic acid aroma, cidery. In mouth, sweet apple sauce, maple and light acidity. Medium bodied. Closer to a cider in taste. A bit too sweet for me. April 2005.

Yellowish beer with a reddish glow and light white head. Light cranberry and sour cherries in aroma. Tart sour cranberries and light sugars in mouth, unbalanced. Light alcohol warmth. Watery and bland. April 2005.

Sickly hazy rosy blonde with a collapsing white head. Pleasant maple fudge aroma with light yeasty notes. Surprising woody maple notes with sour cranberry tartness, well balnced. Rather thin but good for summer drinking, ot to replace a rosé wine. April 2005.

Red amber ale with a thin off-white head. Sweet herbal honey aroma, with yeasty finsih. Sweet malt taste with lightly sour notes, like this is turning bad. Very short in mouth and thin. May 2005.

A pitch black beer with a huge brown head. The aroma is slightly sour with primary notes of chocolate. The flavor is also sour combined with notes of roasted malt and chocolate. The mouthfeel is very carbonated.

Bottle: Poured a soft pink color ale with a very small white bubbly head with practically no retention. Aroma of apple juice with subtle hint of cranberry. Taste is also dominated by the apple and cranberry, which seems not to be originating from extract, which I’m grateful for. Body is above average for the style and presence of hops seems very low. Overall, a nice experiment that I wouldn’t mind trying again.

Hazy reddish brown with floaties and a thin off-white head. Herbal caramel aroma, with yeasty notes, and , I agree with Martin, mint overtones, but more like chocolate mint. In mouth, muddy sweet malt with some light hops, dissipating quickly, very short in mouth. Starting to turn bad??? Maybe....

Dark amber colour. Very fresh crystal malt aroma with dark fruits, slight pine. A hint of pine sol on the palate, moderate maltiness and maybe a light fruitiness.

Hazy golden beer with a thin creamy white head. Pleasant aroma of bananas and cloves with berry notes. Grassy wheat taste with medicinal tartness, probably due to infection. Medium bodied. Another defective multibrasses.
