From one grocery shop, Paris. Best before 08/25. Opening it today, coming back from Haute-Nendaz. A good Belgian ale, high fermented, on the way of the houleuse with more alcool, boozy, warm, smooth, sweet, malty and bitter, yeasty, fruity.

Best before 07/25, from one grocery shop, in Paris. Tasting it tonight, after a day at Renens for my job. Correct and smooth pale ale, malty, fruity, medium bitterness, smooth citrus note, a bit watery at the final, hint of pineapple.

Purchased at one grocery, in Paris. Best before, summer 2025, sharing it with my wife yesterday for her birthday. Good one, in my point of view, smooth and yeasty, malty, milky, fruity with a subtle hint of raspberry, red fruits, bitter, refreshing.

330ml bottle from Brasserie du Pays Flamand. Pours black, inch-thick tan collar. Aroma of black malt, slight orange hints. Initial sip produces a slight tanginess that wasn't expected, a touch of sherbet even.. getting cognac shades from the 2% orange syrup, not a huge amount of red wine influence, but overall a decent imperial stout. I do quite like cognac, so was nice to have some shades coming through.

Best before 07/25, from one grocery shop at Paris, opening this bottle tonight after the gala of my daughter. Tired and happy to drink this ale brewed on the Belgian way, high fermented, malty, sweet, note of sugar, bitter, a bit syrupy, classical.

440ml can from Flandrinks, Hazebrouck. Pours a hazed gold, pure white head. Quite a fruity DIPA, mingling pine notes. Medium to full bodied, smooth with a gentle bitter close. Decent.

330ml bottle @ Tim's place, Gent. Brought by me, picked up at Le Chais, Hazebrouck. Pours an unclear black, deep tan head. Really enticing aroma.. red wine, berry sweets, bourbon, vanilla.. a little harsh to taste, acrid bitterness, aggressive roasted malt.. ok overall

Cremiger, wenn auch trockener Beginn. Vanille, Bourbon, bitter, deutlich Schokolade, deutliche Alkoholnoten. Spritzig, bitterer werdend, holzig, langer Nachhall. 9/10/11/10/9/10
