Bottle. Color: Black, brown head. Aroma: Roasted malt, some coffee, smoke and Bourbon. Taste: Smooth, lightly creamy mouthfeel. Roasted malt, notes of Bourbon, vanilla, smoke, liqorice, laurel and oak wood. Over moderate sweet and bitter. Over medium body, below average carbonation.

From the sterk Amsterdam, opening it the last week at home after a long day of work. Personally, it was a great beverage, not too smocked and this one is rather mineral and roast for a smocked imperial stout, subtle, boozy, a bit fruity, finish with hop, 15.12.21.
