bottle pours black with a thin tan head. Aroma is light brine and brown sugar. Flavor is toasted malts with lots of nutty and burnt character. Ends with a light brine and soft floral notes that seem odd, but work.

750ml bottle at the DC Local tasting. Pours a transparent, yellow gold with a creamy, thin head. Big C hop aroma, centennial hops, pine, lemons, citrus fruits. Flavor is bitter but with a clean sweetness, pine, lemons, pine tar, spicy. The rice adds a clean sweetness. Full bodied but smooth with a lasting hop bitterness.

bottle pours dark gold with a medium white head. Strong pine aroma. Very well balanced double ipa with just enough biscuit and rice flavors to balance the pine and herbal hop notes that dry out the finish.

12oz bottle. Poured a clear amber color, with a fluffy white head. Aroma was pretty strong on the citrus hops, pretty clean, floral. Flavor was very hoppy for a tripel, quite a nice beer!
