750 ml bottle poured into a tulip. Batch No. 001. Clear golden yellow with quick soda-like fading off-white head. Aromas of stone fruit, white wine, apples, light oak, honey. Tastes of tart stone fruit, apples, subtle oak, subtle white wine. Light body with a dry finish. Tasty.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with loads of sediment and a small white head. Aroma is super floral from the hops upfront, followed by lots of medium sweet apple core. Flavour is bone dry, with tons of dry floral hops and very dry apple skins. Bone dry and very floral. Nice stuff.

Growler shared by books n beer. Very pale light color, hazy. Aroma is strong with musky, earthy, tartnesd with an apple sweet touch. Flavor is less naunced at first, but that musk and long tartness hits at the end of flavor. Light carbonation trickles through the tartness. Drying finish, a very enjoyable cider.
