Keg at the brewery, 6/9/15.Hazy orange, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of peanut butter, citrus, nuts, salt, caramel. The taste is peanut butter, herbal and green notes, floral hops. Thin bodied, mild lingering salt. Liked this one quite a bit.

Can. It’s a hazy, golden-orange beer with a small, off-white head leaving some lacing. There’s quite a lot of grapefruit in the aroma, with some pine cones and a touch of orange. Rather low on malty flavors and aroma. There’s a nice bitterness in the flavor, but I wouldn’t mind if it was beefed up a bit more. Orange zest, grapefruit and pine cones. It’s medium to full-bodied, rather dry, and with a nice carbonation level. Lasting finish. There’s some weird feeling on the palate, but just a little bit, nothing really harmful, but I deducted one point. Can’t really pinpoint what it is. Anyway, it’s a fine beer that I wouldn’t mind drinking more of. 150619
