Tasting at Salesforce, corked bottle
Pale yellow colour, clean. Aroma of alcohol, white wine, glue, some honey. Moderate sweetness; the flavour is bland but less weird than the smell, light honey flavour.
Pleasant.

Clear pale gold. Rich honey and hay notes. Nice herbal bitterness and smooth sweet honey. Delicate and nice.

Clear gold. Light orange and grassy notes. Orange and light with some sweetness, ethanol and a decent finish. There is a weird bite in it as well. Hard to describe.

500ml at Sales Force. Appearance: champagne color, no head. Aroma: boozy, sweet, vinous, maybe a bit of yeasts. Taste: along the same lines, full bodied, sweet. Overall: pretty good one.

Very pale. Quite floral, but there's also a decent amount of barrel character to this as well. Decent.

500mL bottle, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma is fairly dry, with gentle blossom honey and a hint of earthy wood. Flavour is quite dry, with wet wood, blossom honey, and floral notes. On the drier side, with a fairly floral finish. Rather thin palate. Not bad.

Pale gold colour. On the nose, kind of barrelly and honeyish. On the palate, very sweet, basic honey taste, just a hint of flowers. Simple and overly sweet.

500ml at Sales Force. Appearance: almost clear blonde. Aroma: yeasty, sweet, fermented honey, boozy. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: taste like a sweet braga with honey.

500mL bottle, pours a clear blonde. Aroma reveals lots of floral honey, treacly toffee, and a hint of orange. Flavour is fairly tart, with lots of floral orange blossom, and highly sweet honey. Quite tart on the finish, but with a decent depth. Solid, but nothing special.

375 ml bottle from the Meadery, 12/17/19. Pours a dark reddish-purple color. Big, sweet raspberry jam and peanut skins. Strawberry and honey flavors are more subtle. Drinks thick, syrupy, and sweet, with a dry, nutty finish. I like the mix here a lot, but it's just a little too syrupy for me to want more than two glasses in a sitting.
